Born and raised in Idaho and proud of it! Ranching is my first love besides my family. I'm the oldest boy and 2nd oldest of seven children. The family's favorite sport is running which I have done since I was 9. God has given me the ability to race on the national scene placing as high as 8th in the nation in the 3,000 meters. My racing has taken me to over half the states in the US. I also love playing team sports like basketball and flag football, and my personal favorite, ultimate frisbee. I played three years of highschool basketball as a starter for Hope House Christian Academy which is a Christian Children's Home that we are involved with.

Hey...
Just came across your profile...
::high five:: for being a lover of horses, loving the outdoors and for being a cowboy!!
Dude, and I'm the second oldest of 7 too! Too fun!!
Oh and we have a lot of the same favorite movies too!
Roy Rogers = best cowboy EVER!
Gods and Generals = a favorite...I'm northern by birth, southern by choice.
Facing the Giants = loved it.
It's a Wonderful Life = beautiful movie. My family and I watch it ever Christmas.
Pride and Prejudice = always respect a man who likes that movie - or any Jane Austen books/movies!
Anyway...sorry for a 'creeper' post;) I know we haven't 'met' or anything. Just thought I'd say hello
Blessings,
~Miss Raquel

My family lives here in Texas so we sell it here. It isn't certified organic beef but they are all grass fed with no drugs and meds. We also raise chickens and sell the eggs, sell goat milk and goat meat if people ask, that is about it. I am no pro but on your wall you said that you wanted to raise organic beef, well I think the market for that is only going to get better. haha that kinda sounded like a business report! I think it is interesting how almost every one on here is.... learning how to find healthier and self-sufficient ways of doing things.

Just got your note - wow, shows how much I get on here! I think you probably know the answers to the questions now.
We got home about 9:00 pm yesterday. Right now we're sitting around the living room listening to Nate who's getting in touch with his Irish roots in his Hawaiian way. He's keeping us laughing for sure. It's awesome.
I'll be working on my soup shop plans now and figuring out whether I'll move up to ID or not. It's sooooo far way. :/ We'll see...
Looking forward to seeing how your business ventures work out. Hope you're having a great week.
