I was homeschooled all through my secondary school experience. I started college at the local community college and this was my first classroom experience. We used the Moore Formula and I loved being homeschooled!
More about me:
-I take every opportunity possible to travel or take road trips.
-I love seeing new places meeting people and learning how they live.
-I grew up mostly in Northern California, but also lived in Virginia near Washington DC when my dad was on active duty in the AF.
-In my "adult life" I have lived in Northern California, and in the Columbia River Gorge in Washington State as well as Walla Walla, WA.
-I now live in Chattanooga, TN and love it here! Southern folk are awesome!
-I have majored in Auto Repair and love working on cars even though I have too many of them!
Before I turned 13:
-I had been across the United States by plane, train, AND automobile--both directions each!
-I had visited most of the major historical landmarks and battlefields from South Carolina all the way up through Amish Country and Philadelphia up into Northern New England (on family vacations).
-Visited all the Smithsonian museums and all the other landmarks around Washington DC because we lived there 4 years.
-Homeschooling (along with my parent's financial principles on a single income) made all this possible for us kids growing up.
**This is still a work in progress, I have to think of more interesting info to put here--didn't exactly realize I had been so many places! lol**

I don't think I've noticed you on HSA before, so I just thought I'd drop by and say hello!

Hi Bryon - sorry I missed your post on the Greenville Christmas ball thread. I guess you weren't able to make it after all. We may be holding the ball again next year though, so keep it in the back of your mind.
Merry Christmas!

Hey!
Yes, I suppose I am still EL#2...I wanted to put my full name on here (can you believe there's other "Elisabeth"s here that spell their name with an "s"? had to differentiate ), and my name's so long that it didn't allow the EL part anymore. I could add it to my profile, though, I suppose...
