My favorite Jelly Belly is buttered popcorn.
I love to laugh, after all, laughter is the best medicine.
I read books from front to back, never once peeking at the ending (which is the cardinal sin), but I always read magazines from back to front.
I wear contacts.
I love roller coasters, jumping off the high dive, and riding motorcycles.
Growing up my mom told me my freckles were the result of Angel kisses, I think I still believe her. ;)
I have never shot a gun.
I'm one of the few members of my family who can not roll her tongue. However I roll my eyes quite well. I'm always hearing "Maara, you just rolled your eyes again!"
I love hanging out with friends, both old and new.
I tend to be unorganized and I'm usually running late, just ask my roomie ;).
I'll eat peanut butter out of the jar. Somehow it just tastes better that way. :-)
I love being an older sister and I love being an aunt.
I enjoy running. However I'm terribly lazy so jogging days come and go in random bursts of motivation.
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday.
My favorite cards are the quirky Fresh Ink cards from Hallmark, they make me laugh. I'm not sure which I like better, sending them or receiving them.
Favorite smells include: hot bread, the crisp air of fall, and old books.
Most tempted in used bookstores.
I love the family God placed me in, my parents are the very best out there and my siblings are awesome.
I love, love, love to travel. Road trips anyone? A trip to Europe?
My secret obsession? Foodie blogs! They are absolutely absorbing. I confess I spend way too many hours surfing through blogs but it's just so fun.
Also fun, spending hours watching music videos on youtube... OK Go for some of the best music vids out there?!
You can't get a cup of tea or a book long enough to suit me. C.S. Lewis.
I love music! I must listen when I'm feeling pensive, sad, happy, excited, angry, creative and, well you get the idea. :D My musical taste is continually changing as I become exposed to new artists and sounds. I have old favorites that I hold onto while branching out in new musical styles.
You still use homeschoolalumni? That's a shocker. I would have left a light fn like "Glad to see you again" after the OH rendezvous except I expected you'd never see it. (Facebook suggests I "reconnect with you" near every day. I hope this is enough to make them shutup. )
Hope you can make it to the Indiana get-together on Dec. 5th. I couldn't help noticing that you love snow. I do too! I could live in Alaska...but I guess I do like the other seasons....summer is my least favorite. After living in the hot, humid miserable weather in Brazil for ten years, I don't care much for all that hot weather.
Have a great day!
