I graduated from Kentucky Mountain Bible College in May 2006. I studied Missions/Ministerial, graduating with a BA in Religion. I'm currently working at KMBC as Chief Admissions Counselor. I was born in Iowa, but I've lived in KY about 14 years now. I'm a dedicated Christian with a passion to serve Christ. There's 7 people in my family, plus in-laws. I'm pragmatic, analytic, and creative. I've been homeschooled all the way up to college! Me in a nutshell: I'm an INTJ/P melancholy-phlegmatic middle-born visual-oriented structural! I'm a liberal fundamentalist conservative fanatic. I'm a black-and-white open-oriented inherent second-guesser. I'm a walking paradox on wheels!
I attended the 2008 HSA Reunion.
I enjoy working with computers, from hardware to programming.
I love to learn new things.
I like to read, especially anything relating to philosophy.
I like to travel.
The Bible, Imitation of Christ, A Serious Call to a Devout and Holy Life, All of C.S. Lewis, most of G.K. Chesterton
I like pretty much everything, to a degree. I love classical and sound track especially. I don't like any type of hard rock or modern rap. Everything else, I can get in the mood for.
You're welcome and thanks. While I can't say my day was going well at the time you posted your comment I am happy to report that it has improved drastically.
I don't think I'd ever read your "About Me" before. I love the "walking paradox on wheels" description. And what philosophers do you like reading about? I can't say I've read much philosophy, to be honest. However, I thoroughly enjoyed my philosophy class.
Sure thing! Wow, I enjoyed seeing the photos from the construction and dedication of your new chapel! I guess it was sheetrocked when we were there… it sounds like God really blessed that project. I'm sure it will be used greatly in His service! Looking forward to the weekend?
V I thought I would try to cheer up Allison by FNing you. Haha, actually I'm just now catching up on my HSA correspondence. Thanks for the note from awhile back!
Yes, we moved to Arkansas! There were several different reasons, including my sister's schooling and the hopes to buy or trade for some acreage here. We're still working on the latter. In some ways it's a lot like Georgia and in some ways it's pretty different, but all in all I think we've had a pretty smooth transition. You guessed right that we weren't at the TN reunion, but I heard it was a blast!
What's new with you? Is everything going well at KMBC?
