I am the oldest of six and the first graduate of our homeschool (Quiet Creek Academy) circa 2005. I did my undergraduate work at a college practically in my backyard, then started veterinary school at LSU. I'm now in my 3rd year, and am constantly amazed by the virtuosities and complexities displayed in creation! The rigors of study don't leave much time for anything else, but some of my hobbies include drawing, painting, playing instruments, singing, horses, watching sunsets, chasing little brothers, debating, journaling, world domination, and puppeteering.
Oh, and I firmly believe that reading is a necessity on par with breathing.

Favorite Music:
My first loves will always be classical and opera- A dash of today's favorites include Stravinsky's Firebird Suite, Bach's Goldberg Variations, Saint-Saëns's Danse Macabre, Satie's Gymnopedie, and Mozart's concertos for oboe and strings.
Rigoletto, De Zauberflote, and Il barbiere di Siviglia are a few of my favorite operas. As far as other genera go, I am currently listening to loads of broadway, gregorian chant, Regina Spektor, Shirley Bassey, Liza Minelli, Michael Buble, Celtic Woman, Nightwish, Rockapella, KT Tunstall, and a smattering of soundtracks.

Howdy, you're profile pic caught my attention first but the fact that you are currently going to vet school really interested me! Are you planning on going into large or small animal vet work?
