Thor, was great. Kung Fu panda was pretty funny too: I know, you would prob. have hated it. If I hadn't been with Amy and Esther I would not have watched it. believe me. I saw your fam. for a little while last week when they were in town. it was good to catch up with them. I asked about you, your mom said your "friend" was in town..grin. We went to the TN river this weekend and boated and enjoyed the sun it was pretty cool/hot: what have you been up too?

your right it really has been ages! like years:) Wow, time really flies doesn't it? I just got back from hearing dr. axe speak. He's really good. I enjoyed hearing him talk. He made us all get up and do burst training non stop for 1 min. it was soo funny! He said anyone that wasn't being hardcore or that was slowing down he was going to make them come p front. He made Gabe come up with him, b/c he said he wasn't going down low enough for the squats!! It was soo funny! Did you check out the reunion thread?
