I like to make skirts, quilts, and purses. I would like to try and sell some items I made, right now I am try to find the right style that will sell and that I enjoy making. I just made a skirt that was my own design and I really like it so I am going to make more and try to sell them.
I have a blog on blogger. It is Joyful Meadows where I like to post my thoughts and what I am learning if it is not too personal to share :)

I just thought of something! I'm going to be down in your area for a couple of days at the beginning of next week . . . I wonder if it would be possible to get together to hang out for a little while?
No, haven't been out west any. Lately we've been doing some training seminars for veterinarians here in GA on how they can help in disaster response. With money as tight as it is, it's hard for us to travel in-state, much less out of it.
I just saw your note on my "wall"! I don't know how I missed it. You've probably heard by now the kind of committed I am, but if not, I'm dating/courting a really great guy. He just moved down here from the Moberly area. How are you? Did you enjoy Candice Watters' "Get Married"? I loved it...it totally changed my life. Really, I credit that book for my current relationship in many ways. Have you ever visited MarryWell.org? It was founded by the Watters and some of their old associates from Boundless.org. I met my boyfriend Scott on eHarmony, but we got to know each other quite a bit on Marry Well through the discussions there in the Lodge.
I've got a nasty cold right now, but I hope to be better by Saturday. We've got something planned to do that day, and I certainly don't want to stay home again.
We freeze and can. It wouldn't all fit in our two deep freezers or I'd rather freeze since canning makes the house so hot!
I really want to go, but I'm not positive we will.
I hope we run into each other soon too, but not literally.
