The Louisville International Airport (SDF) is the best choice for air travel to the National Reunion. We’ll be coordinating transportation to and from this airport on Thursday and Sunday, so if you need a ride, just let us know.

To make your transportation request, either check the appropriate box when you register for the Reunion, or submit your request via email to reunion_transportation@homeschoolalumni.org. There will be a small ($10 each way) fee to cover expenses.

Suggestions on Flight Scheduling

If you’re flying in/out of Louisville and require transportation to/from the Reunion... your flight should arrive on July 31st at least 30 minutes before the scheduled vehicle departure (see below). We recommend scheduling your return flight no earlier than 4:30 PM on Sunday, August 3rd.

To/From Airport Transportation Schedule

On Thursday: Vehicles will be departing from the airport at 2 PM and 4 PM.

On Sunday: Vehicles will depart from the camp at 1 PM sharp for an estimated 2:15 PM arrival at airport.

If you're going to rent a car...

If you're planning to rent a car - don't rent it alone (unless you just want to), there'll surely be other folks coming in around the same time as you, so be sure to contact the Reunion transportation coordinator (reunion_transportation@homeschoolalumni.org) and let us know when you're coming in and how many seats you’ll have available if you'd like to carpool with others.
