Airline Traveler Information
The Denver International Airport (DIA/DEN) is the best choice for air travel, although Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is another option. We’ll be coordinating transportation to and from Denver International Airport on Thursday and Sunday. Please contact reunion_transportation@homeschoolalumni.org to make your transportation request. Don’t forget to give your driver $10 each way to cover expenses!
To/From Airport Transportation Schedule
Thursday: Vehicles departing from the airport at 1PM and 3PM.
Sunday: Vehicles will depart from the camp at 1PM sharp.
Registration begins at 3 PM on Thursday, August 13th and everything will wrap up by 1 PM on Sunday so...
If you’re flying in/out of Denver... your flight should arrive on August 13th at least 30 minutes before each scheduled shuttle departure (see above) and we recommend departing no earlier than 4:30 PM on Sunday, August 16th.
Our recommended flight departure times provide a safe bet to make it through airport security and possible delays on the way to the airport.
If you're going to rent a car...
If you're planning to rent a car - don't rent it alone (unless you just want to). There'll surely be other folks coming in around the same time as you, so be sure to contact reunion_transportation@homeschoolalumni.org and let us know when you're coming in and how many seats you’ll have available if you'd like to carpool with others.
