Anyone heard his song This Is The Future? I think it's from the album Of June, and I've only heard it once... on Grooveshark. Smile

This Is The Future

I've heard it now, does that count? It's actually from the album Maybe I'm Dreaming, it's interesting. Smile

Thanks for posting this-- I hadn't heard it before!!! That is a beautiful song!

Glad you both liked it! Very Happy And yes, Caleb, that does count. Wink

I particularly love the happy, imaginative, and creation-loving spirit and lyrics that can be found in Owl City's music. His reasons for writing may not be known or understood by some, but I personally connect with the beautiful and poetic spirit of his music very well, and that is a good enough reason, in my opinion. Very Happy

It really depends on my mood! When I love it, I love it; when I'm not in the mood, I'm... not in the mood. haha But I really love the whimsical nature of most of his songs. Smile

I love Owl City - I find his music to be really happy sounding, and truly works of art. Listening to his music really helps me when life gets hard and I just need a little escape into something that is bright and happy.
I can't wait for his new album to come out in August!! I love Adam Young's Sky Sailing project too - more acoustic. And his new music is just amazing - I love all his styles though Smile

The Midsummer Station came out today! What do y'all think of the album? It is different than his other albums but I love it!

TMS was pretty good, different, but good Very Happy
My only real complaint is that Breanne Duren isn't in any of the songs (really like her voice in The Saltwater Room and Honey and the Bee), other than that, it was very easy to listen to. Over and over again. Very Happy
