Hey,
I grew up on a dairy farm about 30 minutes SW of Kalamazoo, Michigan. My family is still there and my brother and sister will probably take it over from my parents in the next few years.
We have about 60 holstein dairy cows, plus farm about 500 acres of corn, soybeans, alphalpha, and wheat.
I LOVED growing up on a farm and wouldn't have traded it for anything. Farming isn't my calling in life...but my heart will always be in the country!

Welcome! There's been lots of new people here lately! Yay!
I love cows! Everyone thinks I'm srange for wanting a dairy cow. Just one would suit me though! Did you help with the milking? Or did you hire people? My brother works on a goat dairy farm. The kids of the farmer don't do any of the work!
