Alrighty! Spring seems to finally be on it's way! Who is planning a garden and what will be in it?

We will be putting one in as soon as possible. Since we just moved, we're not sure where the best place would be to plant and we need to figure out how the land drains... it's kind of mucky here. We always plant, potatoes, onions, cucumbers, zuccini, etc... We'll also need to get an herb garden going!

I look forward to hearing what y'all do! Very Happy

I wish I could plant a garden, but our yard isn't big enough and what space we do have gets very little sun. Sad It looks like we should be getting a lot of berries from our wild blackberry plant this year though! Smile

Gardening probably won't be happening for us this year....for the first time in over 25 years. Shocked Sad We live in the City, currently. And where I had my garden last year....is just too dry.

So girls, I wanna see pics of all your gardens! From the little green sprouts to the picking of beans!!! Very Happy

(I am going to try growing lettuce in controlled container near the house! So maybe I'll get something from that!!)

I don't do the gardening here, my sister does but I do love to put up the food we get. I'll take pictures of it when it gets lovely and green. We always do lots of tomatoes, cucumbers (for eating and pickling), acorn squash to keep all winter, tons of beats to eat fresh and pickle, and bell peppers for salads. Believe it or not but we LOVE zucchini so we will plant a couple of plants.

I love all the fresh food we get in the summer!!!!!!

We used to plant vegetable gardens every year, but now our backyard is too shaded to plant gardens. Confused And in the past, my flowers ended up dying. Razz
